Everthing!!! Beautifull place and the hotel is just charming and lovely. The guy on the reception was just great and we feel so welcome after long ride. He made our stay even better. The room was clean and location so nice.

Very beautiful place :-) nice and clean, also showers and toilets were in a great condition. We used our own sleeping bags, but there was an option to borrow some from owners. Personal was very kind. I highly reccoment it :-)

Amazing hostel. Super clean. Well organised. Everything that you need for a night or a few was there. Clean towels, bedsheets. Essentials in the kitchen. Clean hallway. Interaction with the hosts, giving us some insight into the ‘real’ Iceland! 😃 Shared a hike and great conversations with Elin’s husband, Gestur. Beautiful, comfortable and cosy house. We didn’t mind the lack of a kitchen as tea and coffee were provided and we had our own snacks. We had a really good night’s rest. Highly recommended!

Great stay at hotel Austur. Room was good and linen soft. Breakfast is continental and did surely overcome our expectation. Would have loved to stay another night. High recommendation.
