The place is really beautiful and serene.
The place is really beautiful and serene. It is close to Cortina D'Ampezzo city and all the nearby cable car stations but we got the room in much cheaper cost in this peak summer time. We were very welcomed by locals who advised and helped us to get up and running with the ski lift passes, hire of kit and lessons. The locals were very accommodating with the fact that we couldn't speak their language and were helpful in all ways. The town is small but enjoyable to walk around, and the hotel is in a perfect position on the lake. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and staff were very helpful providing us with an ice bucket, corkscrew, and wine glasses to the room.
