I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Santa Maria. The location is excellent for kite surfers. The whole ambient is amazing. The swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. The restaurant has excellent breakfast and gluten free options (not only sweet options as usual in Italy). Also, I enjoyed my lunches and dinners in the restaurant Santa Maria. The food is fresh and amazing and the portions are quite big. I also tried the massage offer through hotel and it was excellent and very professional. It is also possible to rent bikes from the hotel to go to the nearby beaches or villages. Would definitely come back again!

Absolutely lovely place to stay! The room was really big and had a view of the lagoon. There are sun loungers, a hammock and outdoor bbq. It's a very short walk to the kitesurfing beach and there's also a supermarket within walking distance. I would definitely consider staying here again if I come back!

Brand new mod cons and furniture in the ground floor room, a very wide one (and well soundproofed from the outside noise), with private seats outside shared by the olive trees also in ths surrounding fields. And good value for money, too.

Amazing stay, 10/10. Exceptional breakfast, clean and nice rooms, amazing staff, pool overlooking the city and with 2 depths - one perfect for kids and one for adults. By our request, the hotel managed to reserve both rooms next to each other and even gave us a room upgrade. :) Everything was perfect, our family really enjoyed the stay.

    Lo Stagnone and specifically the area of Birgi Vecchi is just great. It's a magnificent place to kite and though it attracts a lot of tourists, it never has that commercial tourism feeling. It feels like the location is yours.
