I loved everything about this hotel. The room, the breakfast, the staff- all AMAZING! Very nice, quiet location just outside of Brunico, easily reachable by foot or frequent bus service. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And the attached bar is a wonderful place to have a drink or snack.

We felt fantastic in the Pension Prack. All services was excellent, from the cleanliness of the accommodation to the food. We had our blanket folded into a different shape every morning. Our son always enjoyed having his cap folded. A very kind and thoughtful gestures which makes us feel fantastic. The dinners were so delicious that they should get a Michelin star! Very beautiful, even touching, was for us the welcome and the toast in each language of the participants with their names. People from Prack do their job brilliantly, 100%, and everyone who works in the tourism industry should take example from them. Regarding Kronplatz: Wide slopes. Plenty of options to choose from. There is still much to discover. Fun for kids. Messner Museum at the top. Services. Well-groomed.

It is considered one of the oldest hotels in the area and has hosted kings and several famous sports clubs. I stayed there for 4 nights in a deluxe room with a balcony, and the room size was excellent and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. There was no air conditioning, but my visit was in August 2025, and the evenings were cool. The hotel is conveniently located near Brunić, making it a suitable base for exploring northern Italy. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. My booking included breakfast, which was fresh and delicious, even though the options were almost the same daily; I didn’t get bored with it. The restaurant staff, especially the 2 mens, were very kind and helpful, and I want to thank them very much for their kindness.

    Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

    A very neat, clean and perfectly organized city with Austrian organization and Italian flair. The feeling of security is very high, there are no beggars, no suspicious men. The stores sell excellent goods, there are no cheap stores like New Yorker, generally there are no international brands, but that's why you find very high quality goods at reasonable prices. The food is gastronomic, and the prices are acceptable. The architecture is first class.

    The town is so lovely. A gorgeous river runs through it. Very walkable city and they have Bikes you can rent. Very nice places to stroll and shop/eat/imbibe. Friendly people. The Brunico castle was beautiful. Wish I had been able to stay longer.

    The hotel is located on a green and peaceful Highland above Brunico. Room was good and nicely arranged. Personnel was kind and supportive. Breakfast very rich and good quality. Special mention for the restaurant (we had half board): quality was excellent, exceeding various restaurants where we went during our trip. Wellness area was nice (we especially liked the hay sauna).

    We loved the food, it’s high quality and versatile, aperitivo evening was also a nice experience organized by the hotel. Spa area is clean, very pleasant and relaxing. Shuttle service to ski lifts is quite convenient. Hotel in general is well equipped, rooms are nicely decorated with high quality wooden furniture.

    Very nice family hotel with a great SPA that kids can enjoy. Rooms and bathrooms were big and very modern. We had to reschedule our visit for 2 days as are kids got ill before we came and they managed to reshuffle our schedule at no cost. The hotel also has a playroom that our kids liked.
