Everything was spot on :). We had a room with balcony and amazing sea view. Nice and clean and special mention that there was a trash can in the room (what many of the hotels dont have). Air conditioning was really good aswell. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed lovely meals at their restaurant :)

The two ladies that ran the place were was lovely and so helpful. Every time I had a question they were quick to find out the answer for me and accommodated us very well. They were so so friendly and welcoming. The room is a good size, air con, plenty of blankets, wardrobe, GREAT shower. Everything you need. We would have wanted breakfast included but we knew that was not an option, and there are really loads of options for breakfast dotted around the place so this was fun to try something new for breakfast every day.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and comfortable. Enough storage space, small fridge and safe. Bathroom was a good size and rain shower head. We had a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Pool and gardens were beautiful and well maintained, plenty of common areas to sit and they were always clean. Easy free parking in the street outside. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. Walking distance to port, town and beach (although a steep climb back up again). Staff were super helpful and friend. Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel, we had a very relaxing stay. Every staff member was super welcoming, the view from our room was incredible. We found that the food from the restaurant was the best quality and value that we had in Cala Gonone.

    We went to Cala gonone to visit the famous beaches via boat from the port but the weather let us down unfortunately, not much else to do although it’s a beautiful place and we were only there for 2 days

    It is a lovely area with a multitude of beaches, friendly people, and plenty of restaurants. It is a long way from the airports, but the roads are good and so the 80 minute drive from Olbia isn't onerous. A parasol or some other sun shelter is a must (although it is possible to hire parasols on some beaches) - the sun is very intense and shade can be difficult to come across on many beaches, especially those accessible only by boat.

    A very nice place to go for beaches. enjoyed the boat trip. Would like to take another one with smaller boat if we stay one more day. It was less crowded in May. Wish there were more info on hiking trails. Good restaurants: San Francisco - reasonable price Ristorante 4 Mori - fancier placement of food, more expensive, long wait for the food to arrive.

    Good location for boat tours with pleasant waterfront walks to nice beaches. Good starting point for spectacular drive to Baunei. Plenty of eating options. The usual steep and narrow streets to make driving and walking challenging.

    It was a short 2-night stay at Cala Gonone in early April. There is so much to visit here in the region so I would like to return. Lovely beaches in Cala Gonone, romantic walks in the town, tasty meals in the welcoming restaurants. Nearby great walks to beaches where you can also get by regular boat trips. Historical sights, caves, the Gorropa canyon. There are only few tips. This is a must see place when in Sardinia!

    Really nice town in a glorious location - quite a peaceful vibe in mid-October as the season winds down. The Gulf of Orosei is the highlight, with boats trips available to isolated beaches, cliffs and caves. Highly recommend a day trip on Dovesesto (a 1940's sailing yacht) - an unforgettable day out. If you have a car, nearby walking in the mountains is spectacular.

    We loved the location of this hotel. Central to everything in the town and the beach but in a quiet residential street. The outdoor area with the pool was welcoming and relaxing and the continental breakfast was deliciously satisfying. The management team consisting of Mario and Fabienne were friendly, obliging to our needs and very helpful with tips on boat tours, day trips and recommended restaurants for dinner. We loved our stay at Hotel Nettuno and have happy memories of Cala Gonone and the stunning Gulf of Orosei.

    Great location, within 10 min walk to everything yo need... supermarket, restaurants, port! We stayed in a large beautifully renovated room with balcony and sea view. The hotel has a garden and a nice pool with stunning views to the sea and the surrounding mountains! The dinner menu changed every evening, so we were able to taste different italian dishes. The hotel is probably one of the best choices if you're looking for accommodation in Cala Gonone, which is very convenient for boat trips in the Golf of Orosei!

    The hotel is located in the upper corner of Gala Gonone with a great view over the Gulf. The hotel provided everything we needed and even organized the boar rental for us. On request they prepared a tasty lunchbox. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. Especially the two women at the reception performed outstandingly and made us happy.
