The spacious room overlooking the street is very well soundproofed. Spacious parking in front of the hotel. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. When I arrived there were workers in the hallway but after 1 hour when I went down to the hotel bar everything was clean. Lorenzo the host was very helpful but not invasive. I highly recommend Casa Maria. It is in a quiet residential area near to the centre.
