The costumer service is just the best, all the people were very friendly helpful and kind I reached the hotel evening time and was looking for a restaurant to take my daughter for a dinner the man in the reception offered to drop us to the restaurant and send someone to pick us up with no extra charge. There is amazing, clean tidy. The breakfast is really good with variety of choices and fresh. The great thing about the hotel location is near the airport 15 minutes to reach to the airport, I will definitely go back there when I’m in Napoli

Breakfast was fantastic and location is excellent too. As a bonus there is local market just asid of the hotel you should not miss if you are interested with local shops etc. Room was very comfortable and quite. Staff are extremely helpful to make your stay unforgettable . Ceiling of breakfast room is amazing yuou feel yourself in the museum :-)

We liked everything. The grand building of hotel. The very charm garden for breakfasts and for snacks and drinks. The room was very well equipped with everything which can be needed during travelling. The breakfast is particularly good. So many choices, so many delicious things. It is so delightful to stay in hotel with 24 hours front desk. The staff was brilliant in order to help and organise excursion, order taxi and so on. The hotel feels very safe because entering it goes through two heavy doors. A cozy elevator can take you up just fine. Inside, the hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are always super clean. We appreciated the design and the showers were a welcome end to our days.

Got upgraded to a better room, and that was a pleasent surprise from host. The location was perfect it was close to everything. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Whenever we came back from the trip around the city room was cleaned. Check in and check out was easy and understable. The host was always ready to help with any questions either about the room or city. Even tho the windows faced the street noises were not so bad with windows closed so it didn’t bother us.
