This is a newly renovated upper floor apartment. It was very clean, well equipped and the hosts are clearly trying very hard to make it a good experience for guests. We had some issues with the AC and they were very responsive to try and find a solution.

    The location，though not in downtown Pisa，is rather convenient by bus （knowingly most taxi booking apps do not work in Pisa！）. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained，and the neighborhood is beautiful，relaxing and tranquil. Marisa，the landlady is thoughtful，kind and good at communicating with guests from different cultures（plus good command of English ）. We highly recommend this lodging for holiday makers capable of appreciating its overall value.

    Lovely apartment in the very quiet outskirts of Pisa (car only accommodation!!!), with a huge garden and terrace. Our host Iacopo was absolutely fantastic, gave us advice and provided us with all we needed, including parasols and sunbeds for the beach. We loved the cats, too!

    Clean, big and comfortable apartment with two bathrooms on both floors. Easy and quick check in. Internet is good. There are several pizza restaurants near the apartment and a supermarket "penny" right out of the corner. Just 15 minutes to Pisa tower. Good value for money
