The BnB was well located just inside the city walls, perched on the edge presenting wonderful views of the hilly countryside. It was small — 3 rooms - and comfortable with a delightful if small garden. We enjoyed an evening ritual wine sipping at a garden table that overlooked that view. Andrea and his father are very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. We enjoyed using the barbeque as well. Overall the hotel is very clean, in very good condition. We also enjoyed renting mountain bikes one day from the hotel and discovering the local hills. Location is phenomenal, right in heart of most beautiful region in Tuscany (Val D'Orcia), view overlooking a valley. Despite being on a farm, the room and living area and bathroom was much nicer than the average of all the other hotels we saw in the cities. The dinner is lovely too.
