This villa is really amazing - beautiful, stylish, quiet. Multiple cozy places just to relax - under the tree's shadow, on the terrace, or near the pool. All facilities and greens are well-groomed. Breakfast was very tasty. Hosts have their own olive manufacturer so you can try all of the first hands. The host can provide some useful tips on restaurants around, wine or cheese tasting. There are only 4 rooms available in the property so you truly have a quite boutique hotel experience.

Magnificent vineyard with a beautiful view. Very nice and helpful staff. Great cuisine, opportunity to participate in wine tasting. Great breakfasts. Large swimming pool with well-kept grounds full of old olive trees. a beautifully situated vineyard away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A wonderful place to relax. We will definitely come back here again!

Everything was terrific, and it just felt like home! The hosts are wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was always a treat with freshly baked goods, nice hand cut cold meats, a good yoghurt selection, fruits, and nicely made espresso coffee. It's a very tranquil property, so I felt quite relaxed throughout my stay.

Everything is perfect, Roberta and Giorgio are amazing hosts. Roberta went out of her way to accommodate our timings, she even prepared for us the most delicious apple cake, which she carefully wrapped for us before we left to the airport at 4am. The view by the pool is breathtaking and all else is fantastic. Will stay there again and again xxx

    The town of Chiaramonte was really quiet with nothing going...

    The town of Chiaramonte was really quiet with nothing going on during the day. There were a couple of museums and churches but othewise nothing there. We just used the area for a base as we were attending a wedding nearby, but it's a good base to visit Ragusa, Modica and Notte in the area -

    Beautiful area big open spaces. Sicily without the tourists. Some excellent local restaurants within a short drive away. Easy access to the motorways and visiting lots of interesting places being either shops, woodlands, and ancient temples.

    If you want to experience something different than Sicilian...

    If you want to experience something different than Sicilian tourist traps, then check it out. The small village where everyone knows each other. Don't expect luxury or big offers at restaurants. If it's windy, it blows here like hell. But if it's nice weather, it feels like a place where time has stopped.

    The stuff is not respecting the client’s, the breakfast could be improved much more, the piece of fresh bread must be offered, some slices of cheese and ham do not cost a lot for such type of hotel, it was really unpleasant day after such stuff behaviour 🙈

    Terre di Senia is a wonderful, traditional and modern place to relax and calm down. The place is comfortable like a hotel, and familiar and cosy like you are visting friends. The owner created a amazing place on this olive farm. There is a harmony in every detail around you cannot describe. We really enjoyed our stay. By the way the owner are excellent cooks. And they and Senna, were looking for us all the time.

    The place itself. A 1790 old maseria that is now dedicated to enjoy the country side. A great place to rest with the family. Service was amazing by both Anna (reception) and Anna (cook). We enjoyed the stay and the atmosphere Food was real siciliana Homemade. Amazing both breakfast and Dinner

    The place is amazing. Lovely views with a winery adjoining the hotel. The staff are so friendly and Vito takes his time to explain every little detail. The food in the restaurant is excellent 👌.
