Amazing hotel! The whole hotel is designed like a palace. Every corner looks like a museum. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the lake, simply stunning! The insulation is perfect! A romantic and pampering hotel, the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! And the spa with the indoor pool and the outdoor ones are simply stunning. No words! Thank you for perfect hospitality

Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

It is not the first hotel where we stayed within that area, but definitely the best one! Booking it I didn't expect to get such a level of hospitality, comfort and care. It is a masterpiece: amazing combination of design, technologies, comfort and coziness. From the very first minute we felt so welcomed that didn't want to leave. Giada, Daniele thank you for your help at all the stages of our stay! Massimo, we were honored to be welcomed by you! Restaurant 'LeBolle' deserves a special comment: food, wine list, service are amazing! Table setting with all the small details was so sophisticated that brought aesthetic pleasure in addition to gastronomic experience. Looking forward to spa area opening, I may expect it will be fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough. The exceptional service, combined with the stunning view from my room, made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future. Beautiful hotel, perfectly located in Stresa! Our room was so quiet, comfortable and charming, and we loved having breakfast delivered to our room and eating out on the balcony with views of the lake. Great restaurants within just a couple of minutes walk of the hotel, and the boat dock to go to the islands was basically across the street. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! The owner was always present and very-very service-orientated and generous with the guests. This will be certainly our regular place from now on. Beautiful combination of mountains, palm trees, lake and fantastic Italian cuisine!! Fantastic for apero, as well.

The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime

    Great location if you have a car. Was close to town with ferry port and shops and restaurants. Was so peaceful and the views are stunning. If not very mobile maybe not the best location as some uphill walking involved
