The hotel is located in a great spot, close to restaurants and plazas. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They had bicycles that we could use to go around the city! The breakfast was very good too.

The staff were all so pleasant and very helpful!!! From the breakfast to the cleaning staff and especially the front desk managers. Martina went out of her way to help us arrange transportation. Daniele the night manager was helpful upon an early morning arrival. The location is right in the downtown and close to everything. Had a nice view of the park below. Look forward to staying again!

The hotel staffs were kind, friendly, caring, and full of hospitality. That really made us feel comfortable. Parking place was prefect that it was a garage, near by the hotel, and free for charge. The breakfast was nice and beautiful.
