It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the beach, although you have to climb a steep hill to get to the house. The apartment is newly renovated, equipped with modern appliances. Even in mid-September, it was very useful to have air conditioning. Parking was right in front of the house. I especially appreciated the separate lockable garage for my bicycle. Sometimes the neighbors' temperamental phone conversations could be heard clearly, but not disturbingly. I think this is part of the Italian way of life :-)

This has been a wonderful experience! The owner was really nice and friendly, the house was modern, perfectly clean, and had all the facilities we could've wanted. The location was beautiful with amazing view onto the sea, about 20 minute walk from the beach and all the restaurants and shops. Everything was perfect!

Owner was super accommodating and professional, very nice. The apartment was at the end of the beach (5min walk) with plenty of parking opportunities. Nice and clean, modern. Firm mattress on the bed.

The best shower in my life, very modern facilities/room, nothing to complain about, everything was fantastic. The road above that some wrote about is very high up and not heard. Breakfast is great too, not just sweets, you can order omlet too, good coffee. Beds are comfy, pilliows are great. You can feel family spirit and they are doing fabulous job, I want to go back already.

    In my opinion, this is a wonderful small town with very beautiful views and with a lot of cafes, bars, restaurants. I highly recommend it for traveling with children. The city has an excellent large playground right by the sea.

    The views were amazing and very quite and private and the pool area was the highlight of this location, the apartment wasn’t great big but no washing up liquid sponges or broom to clean it as no one came in , to clean in the time we stayed , dosent look anything like the pictures on line either more dated, you need a car nothing walking distance and why charge a 5 star ⭐️ when it’s only 3 ⭐️

    Great staff and super location! Just 5 minutes to the sea and the street with restaurants and cafes. There is a parking spot available. The breakfast was ok, terrasse with the view of the sea. The room was clean, ventilators provided. The whole style of the hotel is amazing, the combination of modern style and antique furniture pieces.

    Cogoleto is a beautiful town beside the sea. The property is situated up on the hill and although it was rainy for our stay I am sure it would have a lovely view. It was away from the busy town in a guiet country setting. Very homely feeling. The hosts Yari and Wolly are lovely.

    Very good location, the view is amazing. We were staying with 4 months puppy who had his own small yard in front of the apartment, it was very nice. In front of the hotel complex you have the whole field of grass where you can enjoy your time with your pet!

    First of all: the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. By my observation, the business is run by a family and they are very professionals. Room are very clean ( a bit small) the food excelent and the pool is big, just across the gate.
