The hotel is in the old monestary and the atmosphere is relaxing.There is a small reed room if you want to sit in silence. So amazing place near of everything. The view from the balcony was incredible. They clean the room every day. Breakfast was great, salty and sweet. The staff is very nice and friendly. Good communication and helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect position to go to Assisi. Can't get any better hotel in the area with such a price. For a small charge you have water, fizzy drink and snack in the mini bar which is reloaded daily

The hosts were very attentive and friendly. The villa is beautiful outside and in. I lost my beads behind built in furniture and they retrieved them for me. Breakfast was generous continental breakfast with lots of choice. Staff always on hand making sure we had all we needed. Would def stay again and highly recommend. One of our group had an amazing terrace balcony where we were able to share our carry out pizzas, very pleasant, our hosts provided cutlery etc.
