We had an amazing stay at Hotel Kairos Garda and the staff were the absolute best. Very helpful, warm and kind, always at any time. Especially the host Diana, she is the absolute sweetest we’ve ever met. When arriving we had a misunderstanding about our room. We booked a 4 bed room for a family of 5 including our 1 year old baby that we wished a crib for. This was unfortunately not possible because the crib couldn’t fit in the room. But Diana helped us to stay at the apartments instead, with much more space for our family and kids without any problems, discussions or extra cost. She also is the most hardworking woman, she fixed everything for us the night we came. Prepared the apartment for us, did the cleaning, brought the baby crib etc. All this while taking care of the rest of the hotel. Always very informative and positive any time we needed help with sightseeing or anything. Impressive! We will never forget the warm welcoming and are very thankful for you making us feel like home. The room and hotel was always very clean, breakfast great with good service. The location of the hotel is great, by car it’s close to the beach, restaurants, food stores, Gardaland that we visited and much more. We had the best time and the area was so beautiful to visit. We made a lot of wonderful memories. We stayed for 4 fantastic days, from the 3-7 of July. We definitely recommend Hotel Kairos Garda to everyone who are visiting. Hopefully we will be back in the future. Thank you so much Diana and the rest of the staff in Kairos. We appreciate everything you did for us. The property enjoys a wonderful location, offering tranquility and expansive views of the surrounding countryside. Guests can take advantage of a highly regarded restaurant within walking distance, serving excellent cuisine. Breakfast is characteristically Italian, featuring a variety of sweet pastries. There are many places to visit in the area, and having a car is highly recommended. The host is welcoming and ensures a smooth, uncomplicated stay. In the autumn there are many wine tastings. Verona is just like 20 minutes away. Next to the property, there is a large monument and a museum commemorating the Custoza battle in which Italians took part.

Breakfast is very good and versatile, everything basic like eggs, buns, cereals is available. Even seasonal fruits and ready-to-go mini sandwiches! Also the hotel is brand new and very clean. Personnel is welcoming and always ready to help. Rooms are big and everything needed is available, also the bed and especially mattress are very-very good! I don't think I have slept on a better bed somewhere else in hotels!

the staffs are suffer friendly and helpful. They even organized me a microwave from other hotel. The hotel is new and well kept. The fragrance they used in the corridor smells really good. My dog is charged for 10euro which is ok and they also prepare a dog bed and a bowl for my dog，just the bowl is not so clean. The waitress in the restaurant is also really friendly.

Nice, new and super clean agriturismo- hotel. I would like to rate this beautifull place with 12 instead of 10. Owners works every day they take care about every detail you need. Respect !! They own also restorant whuch is 300 m away only. Delicious !!! Molto bono :)

The hotel is truly wonderful,the staff are very helpful. The food is out of this world i would rate it plus 5 stars and we have traveled to many nice hotels. We booked two rooms, the suite with Jacuzzi was a great extra treat.
