From Lombardia's castle has panoramic view, Etna, Callascibetta, valley, Bassa Enna, old town. There is a supermarket near castle. Velvendere square is 10minutes from bus stop and 20min from bus station. Enna is a beautiful and historic city, in a spectacular hilltop location with stunning views. We found it a very friendly town, with very few tourists in March. It can be very cold even then, when windy, so pack warm clothes. Worth the bus journey. The views from Enna are spectacular. We had a beautiful meal at Il Mito di Kore on the recommendation of our hosts. We saw the cathedral and walked as far as the castle which was closed for renovation.Guest review byJudyIreland

The old building has been renovated and has modern style and equipment. I liked an electronic access to the room and front door :-). Super friendly owner Fabrizio send all the destination’s details ahead of our arrival and also booked with his car a parking place on a street. Parking is free, but you can’t find a place easily.
