Highly recommended hotel with impeccable welcome! At check-in we received valuable information from the front office manager on different places to visit in the area, given that the hotel is in a strategic point in the center! From the moment we arrived till checkout, everything was more than perfect in this beautifully designed hotel. We were warmly received and we didn't even pay until checkout. The room was so beautiful with a small view to the riverside. The room was tidy and super clean, with all the facilities mentioned. What we loved most, is the quietness of the area. If you wish to sleep comfortably, this would be your perfect choice. The breakfast formula was generous and delicious too. By far, it was my best stay in Europe.

    4 days as a first timer in Florence was perfect.

    4 days as a first timer in Florence was perfect. There will still be more to do the next time back here. Make restaurant reservations in advance especially for popular spots. The best places have the “Soup Nazi” attitude, but don’t be put off by same. Enjoy the food and the experience!

    The Duomo was right across the street.

    The Duomo was right across the street. If someone was interested in going inside I would advise them to go as early as possible because we passed by at 11:00 AM and the line was incredibly long. Same holds true for the Ufizzi Gallery, we went at 8:45 AM and the lines were already long but not unbearable.

    If you are not into art don’t go to Florence.

    If you are not into art don’t go to Florence. Whatever charm the city may have is buried beneath the crowds of tourists. However, the art is amazing. Go beyond the Uffizi and the Accademia and visit the Bargello, the Orsanmichelle, and the Medici chapel. Make your reservations for early morning. A car is not necessary and would be a burden.

    Wonderful city. Would definitely come back. Food was excellent. Lots to see and do, Did day trips with Ciao Florence and Walkabout tours and both were excellent. Recommend Piazzale Michaelangelo for wonderful views of the city and mountains, though it can get crowded there at sunset.

    Florence is a very nice place for people who love art.

    Florence is a very nice place for people who love art. Even in October, however, there were a lot of tourists and the crowds in the galleries are tiring. We had previously bought a Firenze card online, which allows you to visit many museums in 72 hours, but first you need to validate it and get a plastic card, and the organization for this is bad and we lost two hours: Uffizi opens at 8:15, but you can validate the card at the earliest at 9, after which you wait in a long line again. The restaurants in the city center are numerous and affordable, be sure to try the ice cream. I was very impressed by the church of Santa Croce and the Palaco Piti.

    Everywhere important in Florence was walkable from 3 Perle Apartments. Being next to the Duomo was crowded but we fit right in, everyone was so polite. We toured the Pitti Palace and the Uffizi and much to our surprise the Galileo Museum was amazing.

    Staff was perfectly efficient. It was very calm at night. No drunken shouting in the corridors, although the hostel was full. It was my first experience in a hostel. Mattress was hard orthopaedic - just how j like it for my back.I had a private room similar to the hotel. And I liked my stay. Breakfast was an extra 9 eur. But it was a good buffet. Scrumble omlet was nice to have before exploring Florence. Not in each 3-star hotel you can get it in Italy. Check out is at 10.00. But you can use luggage room for 3 eur per day. Convenient.

    It was the most comfortable, cute, lovely, and calm place we stayed during our trip to Italy. It is located in a perfect place near a tram station and takes only a few minutes to reach the center, though we mostly took a walk. There is a huge supermarket very near to the hotel. THe room was very beautiful and clear and with all the facilities you may need for a comfort stay, everything was superb, highly recommend it. Thanks a lot for making our experience in Florence even more pleasant. <3

    Such a lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Florence. Breakfast was delicious and our family room was so spacious, with two separate bedrooms. One of the best places we stayed in our trip around Italy. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
