Room was excellent with a great taste in decor for the room and bathroom. The owner was extremely nice and his sone spoke good english. The hotel had a facility with a kitchenette and was offered coffee on the morning of our depature.

This property would have been fine except that the locks to get into the property, the suite and the room were faulty. I needed to unlock my room with a key, that's a fire hazard. The lock to the suite, fell off in my hand, but most importantly the lock to leave the property did not work. I could not get out. The owner did not answer the phone. I had to scream for 10 minutes to get attention to leave. I was very worried I would miss my plane.

On our one afternoon and night here (booked to be close to the airport for an early flight), and after meeting our two friendly, delightful, super helpful hosts, Marco and Roberta, we strolled twenty minutes from this clean, bright apartment with a balcony, walking with our feet in the ocean, up the beautiful beaches to The Waterfront, their bar/cafe' on the beach. We had perfectly made drinks, a snack, then were supplied with heavy adjustable beach chairs with sun shades if wanted, where we could lay in the sun and enjoy the sunset. Follow this with a short walk to your restaurant of choice for dinner (I Cinque Scalini was our choice - excellent!) Marco and Roberta made sure that we had a fabulous time, as short as it was. In the Summer, there is a pool for your use too! Perfect hosts, perfectly beautiful place.

    I only stayed 1 night (my flight was changed 2 days before...

    I only stayed 1 night (my flight was changed 2 days before travelling, to the previous day, and I wanted to wait for my daughter who was arriving the following day) so an unplanned stay really, I wanted to be close to the airport, so when booking I didn't know anything about the area.

    FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take...

    FYI for travelers taking public transportation: it does take awhile to get to the guest house where I stayed in Focene, requiring a 30-minute regional train from Terminii (3 euros) and depending on your timing, a half-hour wait for a bus ride of about 40 minutes (1 euro). But then just a short walk to the guest house from the bus stop and there is a Conad's grocery store en route which is helpful. I did not see the beach area of Focene, which might be very nice; the area I stayed was a very modest neighborhood simply to spend the night/get to the airport quickly the next morning.

    The perfect place to stay after a long day of flying - 10...

    The perfect place to stay after a long day of flying - 10 out of 10 - Marliena was very responsive over what’s app, and was able to help with transportation and answer any questions we had… Very promptly. For that reason alone, I would say that this is a great place to recover from a long flight, or to get ready for your next day of travel.

    Close to the beach, apartment very clean and tidy with good facilities. There was a nice restaurant with great atmosphere called ca Cinqi about 300 yards from apartment. My advice would be to provide more bedding for sofa bed.
