    Nice small village on the north west side of Como lake, with a small boulevard, a few nice restaurants, ice cream place and boat connections to other villages around the lake. A large supermarket is nearby for all the major shopping. Many cities and villages worth visiting by car within 1.5 hrs driving (eg Milano, Lugano, Bergamo). Not so touristic as the southern part of the lake, beautiful views, surrounded by mountains.

    Gravedona is a beautiful and relatively quite place.

    Gravedona is a beautiful and relatively quite place. There are a charming shore walk and a mountain walk with breathtaking views. There is a small family beach for swimming and Iperal supermarket for buying food. It is connected with other places by good roads (new amazingly long tunnels are build to shorten the travel on both sides of the lake) and boats that traverse the lake showing pictures towns running down the mountains to the lake shore. There is a boat rent in Dongo next to Gravedona, where the boat can be rented for a short (one-two hours) or long term. The closest places of interest - the Piona Abbey, the Orrido di Bellano, Varenna.

    A small town with lots of charm.

    A small town with lots of charm. Leaves behind the hustle bustle of the busier towns and cities in Como. Very relaxing. Easy to get to. There's some great food places nearby for pizza and late night gelato

    We booked a Deluxe double with balcony (one of the refurbished rooms). It was excellent throughout and enjoyed the shower/sauna and speakers. The view was out of this world 🥰 The staff were all so friendly and very accomodating. Plenty of parking outside the hotel or in a garage opposite. The area was very peaceful which we loved and felt safe. The food in the restaurant was very good (tasted the Veal t-bone schnitzel, Merluzzo, Parmiggiana, Meat & cheese platter and Chicken Leg). Breakfast was a continental + scrambled eggs.

    If you've never lived in an old house with high ceilings, a living room featuring a fireplace, a grand piano, and a dining table with rich leather chairs – it's time to experience it in one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Como. The perfect location (just one minute from the lakeshore), huge apartments, and free parking 200 meters away – this is the best option for a large family! A place that absolutely exceeded every single expectation. Highly recommended!

    Excellent location, a minute from the lakeside promenade and a few minutes walk to the ferry stop, bus stop, shop and restaurants. Claudia makes guests feel very welcome and has drinks and snacks available. The AC is great, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. Couldn't have asked for more for the price, which was very reasonable for Lake Como. We would definitely stay again.

    The host and his family are very friendly and accommodating. The property is modern and comfortable, has washing machine and dishwasher which is great for family stay. The lake Como area is very beautiful. The pool use is great especially in hot summer day.
