Amazing Dario and Paula!! Really caring and thoughtful couple that run an amazing property. Great outdoor space with magnificent pools. Amazing and kind staff. Best place to stay in!! We got a serious upgrade to our room and they significantly improved our vacation!! Thank u for that. The location is near all amazing bays and also near a small beautiful beach 🏖️

A beautiful and well maintained property on the hill above Casamicciola. It's a bit of a hike up the hill but a leisurely downhill stroll to town and there is a bus to bring you back. 20-25 minute walk to shops and beach but the trade off is the incredible view from the property. The breakfast was generous and delicious - pastries, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. The staff were so lovely and accomodating, they picked me up from and dropped me off to the ferry, gave lots of information about the bus network and were generally available for all questions and requests. The property was very clean and well kept. Bonus is the pool, sauna and spa!

Beautiful location! We loved the Sea View balcony and the gorgeous, boutique style hotel. Luana, Sabrina, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming, kind, and so helpful with recommendations and assistance! There is a lovely little beach below the hotel and walking distance to Saint Angelo as well as the bus to take you anywhere on the island! We can’t wait to return for a longer stay!

The room had an amazing view! The on-property spa was outstanding (several hot tubs/whirlpools and sitting areas), very kind staff, breakfast was great, and it was a short walk to the town center where there were several restaurants to choose from. It also had parking which was helpful.

This is a wonderful family owned hotel. The father, his wife, and now their son Franz are just exceptional. Very genuine and caring people who could just not do enough to make our stay as wonderful as possible. There is a thermal pool. The hotel is set a little up the hill, with about a 10 minute walk down into town or buses if one prefers. Buses come back up pretty regularly. There is no lift if that is a problem for anyone and the rooms are spread out in all directions and at different levels. Highly recommended

The property is located in a heavenly location, directly on the beach. The hotel is very comfortable and has a restaurant with delicious meals on offer. The staff is eager to offer help or advice and they are all super nice! I was n holiday for a week with my daughter and between the sea, the hikes and the food we had a blast! We have seen other properties during our wandering sand nothing compares with the location of Angelino.

    There are so many golden nuggets on this Island that we only...

    There are so many golden nuggets on this Island that we only touched the tip of what it had to offer. One could easily spend a fortnight here and come away with having experienced so much diversity and uniqueness unlike you would get on a normal beach Island holiday. Giardini la Moretella was very inspiring as were our visits to Forio and St. Angelo. Had we stayed longer we may have done some of the beaches/thermal spas and headed further up the mountains having hired a car.Beware of the buses! Convenient and cheap but not good if you have mobility issues as seats rarely available and lots of twists and turns. Have ended up with bruises so not a comfortable ride. I think next time we will find a different way of doing things but glad to have experienced everything it had to offer.

    Plenty of different sites and activities on the island. Loredana Calise (loredana.calise@libero.it) our taxi driver was fantastic. We had some issues and she was a great help. We spent the day with her traveling to the different cities on the island on our first full day of our week stay. We later went on guided tour of the castle, went to Poseidon thermal spa, walked around San Angelo, visited Giardini la Mortella, saw the mushroom in Lacco Ameno, walked around Forio. Each day with spent morning doing activities and the other half resting. Best pizza was just outside of our resort at Dei Meglio. Great people and great pizza. I should know because I ate their 5 times in a week.

    Ischia is a great island for vacation - there are many sandy beaches, spectacular views, a lot of greenery and of course delicious food. It is not difficult to go around the island by car. The roads are narrow and with many turns, and many people are driving motorbikes which makes driving difficult but you can survive:) People are very friendly and calm. The food is amazing, especially pasta in any form! The island is easy to reach - the are ferries from Naples, about an hour from there. Highly recommend Ischia to visit!

    This is just a wonderful place.

    This is just a wonderful place. We were there in August which should be high season but it wasn't too crowded. You of course have to have some tourism so that restaurants and shopping will thrive and for us this is just the perfect balance. Not too many people "in your way" but still enough to have a variety of restaurants, shops and all sorts of services. We will 100% be returning to Ischia... most likely more than once and more than twice.

    Visiting Ischai with a car was challenging.

    Visiting Ischai with a car was challenging. We pre booked the Ferry but still needed to exchange our reservation for a ticket. We struggled to locate the ticket office at the port and we couldn't get a ticket for both crossings and was only issued a ticket for the single journey so we needed to locate the ticket office both in our outbound and inbound journey which was a pain. Reversing the car onto the car ferry was also challenging. The Island is a little grubby, the architecture is in poor repair and the roads are challenging. Some of the people were friendly but in general we found the people a little rude and ignorant. Driving was also quite challenging with other drivers being very aggressive. The beaches were a little hit and miss. The beaches in the towns were busy and crowded with locals, if you moved out beyond towns you can find less crowded beaches but with basic facilities. The Island is very hilly and it was too difficult to walk anywhere we needed a car but you can hire scooters very easily on the Island. The food options were very good with Excellent Pizza - We recommend Bar Franco in Lacco Amenco it was one of the highlights our our trip - we went back twice in 4 days.

    Amazing island! Each town has its own vibe.

    Amazing island! Each town has its own vibe. Beaches are so nice, water is beautiful and the people are wonderful. So many restaurants, stores and activities to do. Some of what we enjoyed was La Mortella Gardens, Negombo Thermal Spa, Argoneae Castle (being bathing suits and swim right in front of the castle; make sure to read the sign about the secret that this swimming area offers- so cool). Book a boat day with West Coast Ischia - best day of our trip. Wish we stayed longer! Book

    Everything was great! We really enjoyed our vacation there. Room was nice and clean with a beautiful terrace ! Good service , very friendly staff! Hotel located on the beach ( you need to walk 500-600 m to reach it ) and this is amazing! It’s literally beach front! Hotel also offers Thermal Spa which is incredible ! For the price we paid we are really satisfied !!! Will come back for sure !

    Charming Hotel directly on the beach and superb view on the Castella Aragonese. The Junior Suite was very comfortable with a nice terrasse. Hotel restaurant was cooking excellent pasta and we enjoyed the Breakfast too. The best way to come to the Hotel is with the small boat of Angelo, from the Ischia Ponte Harbour. It immediately gives a special touch to the stay at Di Maria

    Super cute! The hotel is decorated with a marine theme which gives an instant island vibe. Loved the decor. The location is ideal to visit the beach and wander around Iscihia Porto + Ponte. The homemade breakfast by Rosanna was wonderful. Rosanna is super friendly, available and accommodating and gave us great restaurant recommendations.
