Great location with plenty of room, newly updated bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommend it, our hosts communicated well and we had no trouble locating apartment and getting in.

Lovely accommodation in the centre of Poggio Bustone. Very comfy beds and a great view from the balcony of the valley below. The room had everything we needed with a sitting area down stairs where we could make tea or coffee. Easy check in with Stephanie.

The room was of a good size,it had a mini fridge too but the amazing part is the balcony. It's big and when you wake up and you open the doors to it you are literally immersed in nature: trees and you just hear the birds chirping. For breakfast they have a nice choice of homemade yummy cakes,croissants, and for the savoury side with bread and some ham and different cheese too. The staff did us a mini tour to explain us the history of the convent which was really interesting too. It's great if you want to visit the Marmore falls (they give you a 4euros voucher to visit it) Terni, Piediluco lake, Narni and Spoleto. We loved every bit of our stay and we are sure we will return in the future.

This hotel was more than perfect. We lived everything - location - food - do helpful staff. It was a great room with terrific views. Absolutely delighted to walk up a short distance to the wonderful St Rita:)
