Breakfast was very good, plentiful and a healthy variety of fruit. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was central, very close to the train station and beach, and being able to use the hotels bicycles was a great. Fun to ride the beach boardwalk and cruise around Amantea. Would definitely stay again.

The best location in Amantea. Just off the busy roads so the location is quite, but only a 5 mintue walk from the best resturants, bars and cafes in Amantea. Only a 10/15 minutes walk away from the beach and the train station.

Our stay in Residenza Matilde and Fiumefreddo Bruzio was amazing! Our room had a small balcony with great views to the sea! Dario was so kind and took very much care of us, he gave us great recommendations for our visit. The old town is very beautiful and there is so much so discover. We want to come back! The place was super clean and tastefully decorated. Two minutes walk to the station but no noise from passing trains. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming as we arrived two hours earlier than expected. We were the only guests mid-week. Breakfast was included and seriously it was one of the best we’ve had in our two month tour of Italy. A quick easy walk to the main eating area and a Lidl supermarket around the corner. The beach was also quite good. We could have easily stayed another night.

We stayed at Borgo Rosso di Sera on a Saturday evening during a romantic getaway while driving from Sicily to Puglia — and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that made it hard to leave the terrace. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent — we had dinner there and were really impressed. And the breakfast? Exceptional. Possibly one of the best we had during our time in Italy. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Every detail was so well thought out — it’s clear the team really cares about the guest experience. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stop with incredible views and great food.
