This is the prefect place to spend the weekend or even longer. Julie and Alexis did an amazing job in renovating this beautiful Italian house in this cute little village near Lake Orta. The breakfast was amazing with home made jam and bread, cookies etc. The room was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfy. They thought of pretty much everything there. And Julie and Alexis are beautiful hosts. Thanks so much for having us.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel in Armeno, nestled amidst the tranquil mountains. The fresh mountain air and breathtaking views added to the charm of the location. The staff was amazing and the atmosphere was unforgettable. We had no trouble reaching all the beautiful romantic sights, either by foot or by car. Our four-day stay was filled with delightful surprises. The love and attention to detail that went into creating this hotel were evident in every corner. The owner and the entire team went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable experience. The evenings spent in the cozy restaurant were particularly special, catering to the taste of gourmets. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and romantic holiday. The memories of our stay will stay with us for a long time!

the location was excellent. close to main shopping and the lake The breakfast was nice but it could of had a little more variety The daughter of the owner, who helped with check in and check out was amazing. went way above what was expected. Even allowing me to use her phone to call outside of Italy to help with an enquiry I needed to sort out re our vacation.

We visited in winter, the room was well heated, the owner of the place was charming and friendly, the price is very reasonable and the service is excellent. The location is also very convenient - minutes away from the center of Varallo but far enough from the center that there is plenty of parking.

The location is so central, and gorgeous. We jumped off the hotel dock into the lovely, clear lake to swim. The hotel has a labyrinth of interesting rooms, with furnishings which are traditional and full of character. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The grape vines over the lower terrace roof add charm, and the upper terraces offer good sunbathing spots.

    The view is fantastic (out of this world). Indeed, I picked the hotel because of images I saw of the lake and looking where they were taken. The staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant served a good meal and they were considerate of my wife's dietary limitations. The room was of an adequate size and very clean. We stayed for only one night at the end of a trip along the lakes, but we could easily have stayed longer.

    The view is exceptional. Location and style of the hotel imbeds you perfectly in the lake atmosphere. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is very good as well so there is no need to go anywhere to dine out.
