Perfect location, overlooking Fabriano in the Apennines :-) Especially having a swimming pool in low mountains was marvellous. Breakfast was above expectations, even for Italy which has very high standards for food.

Superlative. The staff were exceptional, embodying everything that hospitality is supposed to be - friendly, attentive (without being overbearing), informative, and kind. The common areas were spotless, arranged perfectly, and showed an attention to detail in the design and maintenance that is rare to see. The room was exceptionally comfortable, again, extremely clean, and with premium bath fixtures, towels, and toiletries.

    Absolutely incredible hotel. The decor is modern and clean, all little luxuries provided (and a lovely spa), and the owners have thought of everything. Staff could not be more attentive and have excellent communication. We tried the wine produced in their vineyard which was also fantastic.
