Lorenzo made everything ready for us, and was extremely helpful, and everyone at the reception were sweet and always willing to give us the best tips and help us with bookings. Housekeeping was amazing and the staff were very sweet and polite. The restaurant alone, was worth our visit!!! Best food we had in Italy, especially the truffle pasta and the creme brulee. And lastly, everyone from the breakfast team were kind and always smiling,serving coffee and eggs on order. Overall an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back!

Best location! Center of the city. But quiet safety and clean place. Very convenient everywhere you want to go. Nice restaurant near here, so if you drink too much, don’t worry, enjoy nice food and wine.😋 Staffs are very friendly and gave me important and precise information for me as quickly as they could. The hotel is beautifully located in the center of an old traditional town, where you can find restaurants and cafés close by such as taking wonderful walks around the area. Our superior room was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean, very well maintained with a heating in the bathroom, which was great for warming up the towels. They also placed a cute water bowl and food bowl for our little dog. All the staff from the reception and also the cleaning ladies were super friendly and we felt very welcomed in the hotel. We could also visit a lot of beautiful cities and nice places around Toscana such as Pisa, Florence , Sienna etc. The free parking in the hotel was very convenient. We also fully enjoyed the spa and could relax perfectly. The only thing we could wish for us to have would be gym, that would be even more awesome! We absolutely recommend this hotel and are grateful for this great experience! :)
