I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious, and what sets it apart is the unique free à la carte menu, which I haven't seen offered at any other hotel before. The location is excellent - it's very central yet surprisingly quiet, with the city center just a short walk away. The added bonus of a free parking garage is a big plus. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the front desk team is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you. Overall, it's an outstanding choice for a memorable stay.

    There is a lot to do in Merano, rain or shine. Of course, there are the local & famous walkways, the mountain hikes, bike trails, and the Dolomites are nearby. On rainy days, there are castles, the Terme spa/pools. Overall, it's a very nice town with a lot to do.

    a lovely town on the river, the Trauttmansdorf gardens are a beautiful place to visit .We went up in the cablecar and then telecabin for lunch at the top of the mountain stunning views in alldirections

    Very pretty Tyrolean town. Lots to see. Great for walking without having to hike. Great river walks. A mix of Austria and Italy. A friendly welcoming place. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars and they are not over expensive. The scenery is beautiful. We were there mid June and it wasn't too busy. Very relaxed atmosphere. The gardens at Trauttmansdorff castle are worth a visit. We spent about 4 hours there. We spent much of our time outdoors.

    Merano is a very charming town--an old provincial capital.

    Merano is a very charming town--an old provincial capital. We walked throughout the town and everything was inspiring. One of the main shopping streets was having construction at the time but we loved the shopping, the church, the river through town--all was excellent.

    Merano provides free transport for tourists with the payment...

    Merano provides free transport for tourists with the payment of the tourist tax. We could travel easily to Bolzano and from there we could use the cable car to the Ritten Plateau and the funicular at the top. So many beautiful things to see and do! The Iceman museum at Bolzano was another highlight, as were the Christmas markets at both Bolzano and Merano.

    A recreational city where the culture of Italy and Tyrol is combined. Excellent cuisine, relaxation by the river and horse racing (https://ippodromomerano.it/).     A very nice hotel in the middle of the green. The room was very nice and comfortable with a SPA bath. We truly enjoyed the swimming pools and SPA with a lot of quiet place to lie down enjoy the tranquility of the garden and the sun. The restaurant, breakfast and afternoon tees with a nice cake were great. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Starting from Federica and Nicola, many thanks to all. The hotel is quite close to the river. It takes around 10 mins to walk on the side of the river until to the town centre.

    -modern clean apartment with some very special features - the central bath, kitchenette in the wardrobe, triple-separated bathroom area with the glass sliding door - enough space for clothes and things - safe and quiet area with plenty of parking space and double locked house entrance - no keys needed ;) - city centre in walking distance ( aprox. 20 minutes)
