Damiano was incredibly welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with cheeses, yogurt, and eggs from the farm and they were delicious. When we were too late to make it to a bakery, Damiano generously gave us bread from his own kitchen. We were given a tour of the farm and got to see newborn lambs frolicking with their mothers. There was wonderful dining nearby and even though it's only twenty minutes from the airport, the farm is quiet and bucolic.

Fabulously good location, just a few meters from the main square. everything from food to hygiene and cosmetics is immaculately clean and stocked. Kind and punctual host. 10/10! the highest recommendations. P.S. the beer in the fridge is not for breakfast, but to show the friendliness of the Michelangelo 😄

The Casa Valletta was an excellent place to spend a few days in Mezzomerico. The views of the Alps, while walking through the lovely town, all the way through to the wine vineyards, was wonderful. The location was great, in terms of finding the property (you can't miss it within the town since it's right by the highest church). Also, it is near a very tasty restaurant with great locally made pasta and wine. Sophia was very accommodating, and welcoming, and the breakfast laid out was a great bonus, too. A definite recommend, and very good value, especially considering how exorbitantly expensive Milan has become for accommodations.

    We loved this little city.

    We loved this little city. We have newly acquired family as our son got married. It has really good restaurants. You can walk around and visit the beautiful churches and the place with ease. The pastry, ice cream, and pizza are the best we have ever eaten. Not to mention the Italian cuisine. So delicious. We definitely would visit again.
