Well maintained with good facilities, friendly and professional staff. It’s a bit far from the train station if you want to walk, but not impossible. A great place to get away. They are very accommodating to anyone needing a gluten-free diet. Overall and excellent hotel and spa.

We loved the hotel. Everything about it was excellent. This has become our favorite Terme hotel in MonteGrotto or Abano. The pools are large and clean as are all the facilities. The food was also excellent -- especially the breakfast. Our double room was the perfect size. We will go back to this hotel.

The Spa, the rooms, the staff, and the hotel even though its older in terms of interior design and some amenities is really really nicely maintained and well designed. Everything is well organized and looks so nice, and its big enough so it doesn’t feel packed even though the hotel was full when we were staying there. I would say it’s great value for money. The aromatherapy spa is beautiful and so are the heated pools. Wonderful and relaxing.

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We happened to be there the day of Italy’s biggest summer festival, and we had booked ahead for dinner at the hotel. The staff had arranged a party, with live music, outside by the pool. It was magical. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding. We speak only a little Italian; the staff went out of its way to explain things in English throughout our stay. Every single person we interacted with was so welcoming that we felt happy just being there. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Clean -quiet - beautiful - staff was wonderful ! There are bigger thermal pools, but this one is so nice with adults only. Also- it isn’t overcrowded, so you don’t need a lot of extra room. Felt like they kept the numbers lower to create the perfect balance. The peaceful ambiance helped me relax and unwind after a busy holiday season. I will be back!

Lots to see by bicycle or a short car drive in the local hills. Stay close to the station for easy rail journeys to Ferrara, Bologna, Padua, Venice .

    It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting...

    It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

    Montegrotto Terme is the perfect place where any body can enjoy and relax during all seasons. Very friendly natives, excellent pools, best location to easily reach most beautiful cities of Italy like Venice etc. it’s very nice to make walks and bike trips.

    Large green territory, location in a quiet place away from noisy roads. Swimming pools and whirlpools make a combination of joy, swimming, exercise and healing water treatment. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive, quality of food service and how it was organised exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to the receptionist Eugenia for her attention and providing helpful information during our stay and thanks to all hotel staff for such a wonderful week of family vacation. It will always be a pleasure to be back.

    Pools were spacious and clean. They were very warm so ideal for elderly and kids. It wasn't busy when we went. We even had the pool to ourself for 1h. We had a free upgrade to a suite. Which was gorgeous and the bed was firm. Internet worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and they make you the coffee you request. The hotel is dated but in a nostalgic way and it is kept well. I personally liked the vibe of the 1930s and all the mismatch furniture .

    Everything was perfect. Very peaceful, beautiful and clean hotel. Situation is perfect. Rooms are really nice, breakfast is good and you have a mineral pool all year a round. If you want to visit Colli Euganei, Padova or Venezia, it is super easy. The staff is extremely nice and professional. I will definitely go back and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

    The pools and the spa are the best things of this hotel and it worth a stay just for this. The hotel is very nice, clean and in a nice position. The parking is available for free and the wellness are is huge and very well structured.
