Located on the main street just outside the highway, it’s incredibly easy to find and perfectly positioned for exploring the area. Plenty of parking is available nearby. The rooms are bright and spacious, with each bedroom having its own air conditioning for maximum comfort. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a balcony with seating and a table — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The bathroom features the largest shower “room” I’ve ever seen — honestly, you could fit six people in there! From the bedrooms’ balcony, you get a breathtaking view of Mount Etna, making the stay truly unforgettable. What really sets this place apart is the host. They went far beyond expectations by personally taking care of some items I had forgotten and shipping them back to me — a gesture of kindness that’s rare to find. A truly wonderful person who made our stay exceptional. I can’t recommend this place enough — if you’re lucky enough to find it available, book it without hesitation!

October 2025, by far it was the best place where we have stayed. The host was very personable and eager to please. The facility was very roomy, well appointed, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen, large shower. I would book again and highly recommend.

I was amazed with the room! It was like having your own apartment. Full kitchen with cutlery and anything else you would need to prepare meals, should you want to do so. The size of the bathroom was also quite sufficient! The staff was excellent! The outside grounds were lovely!

The hospitality of the host has exceeded our expectations. Picking us up from the airport at 11.30 pm with two vehicles, since we were four adults and two children + luggages and push chairs and providing us transport from her B & B to Etna Land the next morning, was more than we could expect. The B & B is a small family run concern and the host goes out of her way to make you feel at home.

Isabella & Ariana were very welcoming, friendly & very helpful. This historical resort was beautiful & rich in history with authentic construction & design. The restaurant had personalized service by Joshua & sommelier Markos. The dishes were a Michelin star rating, thank you chef! Breakfast was outstanding with so many choices & beautiful view of the property. Again, friendly service. We were upgraded to a balcony room😊 A refrigerator & safe was in the room.

All about this accomodation was excellent. Interior, cleanness, location and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hosts were friendly and helpful which made our stay in Catania easier. Parking spot is a plus when in Catania I highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful Sicilian town experience.

Beautiful Sicilian town experience. Views of Mount Etna and the lowlands are great from the city. The classic churches are not to be missed. The parking situation on the street is scary and the roads need improvement. Not a place to have an SUV.

Motta Sant'Anastasia is a small town, very lovely and simple...

Motta Sant'Anastasia is a small town, very lovely and simple. People are helpful and talkative and are always ready to help. It is a very quiet place and within reach of Etnaland. Shopping arcades and Etna are all quite near. Great place for a short holiday.

Unfortunately not a lot to like. The towels, bed sheets and shower were very good. Room was a good size although we were given a different room in the beginning but it had not been cleaned! Parking was good Infront of the hotel. Receptionists of the evening and morning were very helpful and spoke English.

very responsable stuff and friendly, we travel by car and when we arrived we found that the hotel owners left us space to leave the car in the garage, that was something very responsable and breakfast fantastic. we recomand this hotel

Filippo the hotel receptionist was very helpful regarding our queries. The hotel itself offers good parking and good breakfast. I recommend this hotel to anyone and hopefully I will use it again in the future.
