Mmmmm, absolutely stunning little island, too crowded in august, some visitors disrespectful of island throwing rubbish where ever for example, and of staff in hotel and Restos, a lot of entitled people seem to visit here. Visited specifically to visit Stromboli, long and complicated travel and expensive hotel but happy to pay as Stromboli was to be the highlight. Booked boat trip on last night and was let down by boat company with no apology or attempt to fix and no time to rearrange. The good breakfast is served in their restaurant a short walk up the street. We also had an excellent dinner in this restaurant. Don't miss sitting by the little port in the evening watching the eruptions from Stromboli. The walk around the island was very strenuous but well worth it. To walk to the sandy beach, which is lovely and not crowded in October, is just over half an hour . Alternatively you could get a taxi there.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom

We should go to Hotel Oasi to pick up the keys so I will mention her here. The house is cute, with two terraces and a fantastic view.
