The hotel Managers have given a lot of bonuses, such as upgraded rooms, free ski lockers, a free one day ski pass and a ski rent discount. The chefs were brilliant (worth Michelin). The overall experience was superb. Moreover the location is perfect as well, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the ski lifts to the mountain (just accross the road). Staff is super friendly and welcoming, room is great and has a really good size. We were upgraded and had a room with a balcony overlooking the valley - this was a nice plus! The food was outstanding, you‘ll get a five course meal every evening and it was delicious. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again!Guest review byAnjaGermany

The hotel is extremely comfortable. It is full of details that made our stay truly great; one them the wellness with a lot of different saunas; such a pleasant experience!
