A historic village on a high hillside over looking the surrounding areas. Easy access to pine forests and activities nearby as well as 15 minutes from Turin. Local Italian life away from tourism with plenty of shops and restaurants. I liked the semi rural location and its gentle and quiet pace of life. Restuarants in nearby Chieri are plentiful and there are delicatessen to pick up local produce. We arrived after breakfast had closed- however they allowed us to use the breakfast facilities on arrival. The member of staff serving at breakfast remembered what hot drink we had each morning (excellent customer service.) the staff recommended us the restaurant behind the hotel which again was fantastic. Although the facilities are not the newest, the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers convenient parking, and we especially appreciated the friendly and professional staff, both at the reception and during the excellent breakfast.
