They seem to take a sincere interest in making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Pisciotta is a place where you should aim to do nothing except enjoy the beauty of this tiny treasure of a place. If you approach it with an agenda, you are bound to be disappointed. Walk down to the beach (and back up to town, if you are fit enough), hang out on the Marulivo terrace overlooking the sea with a glass of wine, and read a book. The host family were delightful and made my stay an absolute pleasure. The cottage was traditionl on the outside but beautifully finished and modern fittings throughout. It's a little tricky to get to, a few sets of narrow steps to navigate, so I don't recommend much luggage! It's well equipped, they even left shampoo and toothpaste 😊 It's right in the little centre of Pisciotta, and it's very quiet. The owner was very helpful!
