The apartement was even nicer than pictures. There was oil and a bit of vinegar as well as salt and pepper. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it is.
I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. Much bombed during WWII it still has some historic buildings in the town and in the surroundings including the archeological park, It has good public transport connections and is within easy reach of the spectacular and touristy town of San Gimignano by bus and other places such as the less developed Colle Val d'Elsa.Guest review byMichaelIreland - 10.0

If you come for a short holiday, maybe you can find a better place. Poggibonsi is not actually bad, but it does have a good non-European population which may not seem like 'real Italy' for you. The town seems a bit run down and dusty so not the ideal place for a vacation. It's the kind of place that shows you clearly that in 30 years the Italian population there will disappear.
