A wonderful place!!! A beautiful apartment!!! Everything is modern and new!!! Designed thoughtfully and with great taste!!! It has everything you need!!! Adriano, the host, is always available, attentive, considerate, and helpful with anything you need... The apartment is in a perfect location!! Just 5 minutes from the train station. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants!! Close to shopping centers (including a large supermarket). In short – a fun and enjoyable Italian experience!! The place is absolutely lovely!!! I couldn't have wished for a better place to end my vacation in Tuscany. Francesco and his family's hospitality was exceptional, and the accommodation itself was simply wonderful. I received tips for restaurants and cafés in Pontassieve, as well as recommendations to take the train to Florence instead of driving my rental car, and I was even allowed to pick fruit and vegetables from the garden. Thank you again for everything.

A Perfect Tuscan Getaway – Even Better Than Expected! We spent two unforgettable weeks in August at this beautiful house in Tuscany, and we can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. The location is perfect — wonderfully peaceful and private, yet very central. The nearby village of Dicomano has everything you need, including shops, restaurants, charming local bars, and a convenient train station with excellent connections. We especially loved how easy it was to hop on the train and be in Florence in no time. The house itself is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. The views from the property are breathtaking, and the privacy made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. Every morning felt like waking up in a dream. A special mention must go to Anna, the owner. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most generous hosts we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Her tips were invaluable, and she went above and beyond to make our stay special — even bringing us delicious baskets of fresh vegetables from her garden and eggs. It's the kind of hospitality that turns a great vacation into an unforgettable one. Before our stay, I was a little skeptical because all the reviews were so overwhelmingly positive — almost too good to be true. But after experiencing it ourselves, we can confidently say: every single glowing word was absolutely deserved. If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic, and comfortable Tuscan retreat with amazing hospitality and easy access to the gems of the region — look no further. We wholeheartedly and warmly recommend this house, and we’re already dreaming of coming back.

A big traditional family house in the hills close to Florence. A car is necessary, but the location is worth it. Very nice and helpful hosts. Cookies and home wine were on the table for us when we arrived. Home made olive oil came later. The whole family is involved and ensures that the guests have everything they need. Lots of cooking utensils, and a brand new microwave oven. A very good choice, we were happy to stay there. Easy communication, Samuele speaks English. Grazie ancora a Samuele e tutta la famiglia!

    The property is in the countryside and since we had hiked to Consuma and didn't have a car, we really needed to use Edi's shuttle service. The shuttle service isn't complimentary but quite reasonable.
