Truly outstanding service. The staff anticipated and fulfilled all our needs, some typical, some not. We got all the information about local restaurants at check in, alongside with a rebate coupon for a few places. The breakfast was excellent - honey straight from the honeycomb is something to remember. The location is quiet, removed from the motorcycle-busy main road. It is a bit of a walk to the city, but we didn't mind.

It is a quiet and hidden place with stunning views. It is located in the Adamello park and very close to the Stelvio park. It is surrounded by ski resorts and amazing mountain passes (Tonale and Gavia). We were going to arrive late due to bad weather and road works so they called us to offer us the possibility of booking a table. It was a great surprise and a success. The tasting menu was on par with a Michelin star restaurant. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. We forgot a piece of clothing and the next day everything was already organised to send it directly to our home. I would definitely stay if I had to go back to that part of Italy.

    Overall - it was a great stay again (it was my second time in this hotel). Everything was perfect and above the expectations. Hotel is located in a quiet beautiful location (with great view of the mountains and valley), in a close distance to town's promenade with a variety of shops and restaurants. Personnel is super positive, friendly and helpful. Room was extra clean, towels were changed every day. Breakfasts were very tasteful and diversified. We all loved staying in this hotel and would like to come there again!

Hotel is old as you see in pic's but is well looked after. Rooms shover, all main use areas spotless, room service daily. Good location, just 10-15min walk to gondola...

    Great location, strict city center of Ponte Di Legno. We had our skis in DelMondo ski depot, it was a perfect combination. We were family 2 + 2. The location is perfect value for money and Francesco is super kind.
