Amazing hotel, beautiful & elegant design in every single detail, very clean and refined room, delicious breakfast, very helpful & kind staff! The room was beautiful and we also had a wonderful private terrace! The staff was very kind, they wrote a welcome card in our language which we found in our room upon check in. Thank you! Firstly, it's a very beautiful building, not far from the busy and noisy city center. Our rooms were spotless clean and the staff of the hotel was perfect at doing their job. The breakfast could be better, but I understand that there's not enough space to serve all the customers at the same time. They even provided us with lunch boxes, because we had to catch an early flight. Overall, a great experience. Thank you for your hospitality. Hope to see you again.

we were contacted before arrival and an airport shuttle was organized. we didn't have to worry about anything. the staff tried to read the guests' wishes from their eyes. we were advised on visits and tickets were obtained if there was a concern. we were even able to purchase room decorations that my wife particularly liked. The 24-hour service works wonderfully and all requests for food and drinks are fulfilled. the view over rome is unique. We will definitely be back and can recommend the hotel to everyone. you have the feeling of staying with very good friends. Many thanks again to the whole team. we are looking forward to our next stay. best regards, iris and peter
