From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. There was an error in the system, and the reservation from booking was not coming out correctly. The staff immediately reacted in the best way. They seated us for dinner while they checked the system so that we would not experience any inconvenience during check-in. They resolved the problem, and after dinner, they checked in us. They were very kind and polite. During the whole stay the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were beautifully designed, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing, and the attention to detail—from the decor to the cleanliness—was impressive. The view was breathtaking from the room and from facilities. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

What an amazing stay in Radda! The hotel was spectacular. We were lucky that our room opened up to the terrace outside. The room was huge and the ambiance was so fairytale-like. Dinner at La Perle was phenomenal.

    Great atmosphere not to big or to small lots of parking and supercharger for ev. Great butchers and wine shops are incredible well stocked with great wine from tuscany but allso from pretty much everywhere else too.

    The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean the breakfast was lovely-fresh blueberry juice and pomegranate juice! This picturesque historic villa has beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside and is a short walk to the center of Radda.

    You must be willing to drive to this location.

    You must be willing to drive to this location. It can be difficult to get into the restaurants (1 open during the day and 2 for dinner). Make reservations in advance to avoid driving into the town of Radda at night. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Fabio was a great guide during the wine tour. The food is fantastic!!

    Radda was such an enchanting little town with the most amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. Great restaurants and lots of wonderful little shops to browse in and close to 300 wineries within a 20 minute drive. The Spa at Vignavecchia was absolutely wonderful and the underground thermal pool at palazzo Leopoldo was divine!

    This a great place in a little town outside of Florence.

    This a great place in a little town outside of Florence. There is a local bar and a cafe just down the block. there is a wonderful balcony that you can people watch. It's a quiet town so very easy to rest.

    We had a one night stay and overall it was a good choice. A nice quiet hotel in a nice building in the town centre. We had a triple room, it was good and very specious which is a rare find. Bathroom was fully renovated and very nice. No lifts but staff helped us with our heavy bags. It was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast is served not on a terrace as pictures shows but downstairs. You still can access a terrace and have breakfast there, but most probably you wouldn’t want to bother as it’s quite a walk.

    Everything from the beautiful location to the amazing food & clean/spacious rooms were brilliant but the real highlight was the extremely friendly and helpful staff - really enjoyed our stay here! We have some difficulties with our rental car but the staff helped us get organised and arrange alternative transport and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for the trouble we experienced (no fault of the hotel) which was a lovely gesture.

    I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was well presented and plenty of choice. Most lovely coffee. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Room was lovely. Radda in Chianti is a beautiful town, views over the Tuscan landscape are exceptional! You do need a car though to explore other areas.

    The premises of the hotel are lovely. We really enjoyed the dinner at the Olive Garden and the one at the center of the hotel with live music. The restaurant food was also delicious. Finally, the staff was really friendly.
