Nice and super friendly hotel, quiet situated a little outside of the city limits. I travel with two dogs and the owner gave me, on request, a ground floor room with private entrance. highly appreciated! Room is clean and has a good shower. Nice walks possible directly from the hotel. Spacious parking lot.

The room was spacious and centrally located. The location of my room was very quiet. the only noise was from a lack of soundproofing from the corridor when other guests came and went. Wifi and air-con were effective. It's great value for money.

My sister, her husband and I stayed at this lovely B&B for 2 days. We loved everything about our stay from the lovely spacious, airy rooms with modern bathrooms to the delicious breakfast. Immaculately clean, the Villa is set in a peaceful garden. But, the best thing was the owner, Giovanna and her daughter Valentina - what lovely people they were! We must also mention Mollie, the dog - a big softy ❤️. We had a specific reason for visiting Reggio Emilia - our father was born here and we were returning to scatter his ashes in his beloved homeland. However, we both agreed we would probably return to spend more time touring the area and would definitely stay at the Villa Soforo again.
