We went to visit family and this was a cute perfect place more of a guest house has 8 rooms and 3 parking spaces in the vicinity was clean safe and smelled amazing , the rooms were spacious and clean and Federica our host was amazing although we didn’t get up for breakfast she would WhatsApp me to ask if i needed anything I asked for iron and she sent one to my room , I got a chance to meet Federica the first day and last day and she was lovely thank you for being attentive ! I wish the checkout was later it’s 10:30 am but it was fine. I would definitely stay again Great location and clean and safe and just looked soo cute all yellow from outside xxx

The concept and design suited us perfectly. All members of staff were fantastically supportive at all times and assisted with our every request and question! The location was brilliant for all our plans and tours/city visits. Breakfasts were also a dream. We wish the La Pervinca project every success!

Giulio was so helpful! He gave us a tour of the property, told us some stories about his parents who lived there and generally made us feel so welcome. There was a lovely box of snacks (pasta, toast, milk, wine) in the kitchen and they thankfully provided soaps and moisturizers too! I always forget soap when I travel and it’s always much appreciated when it’s there! He even checked in via text message over the weekend. It’s a magical place for anyone wanting a bit of peace and quiet with a lovely backdrop.

    We discovered by chance the hotel and stayed only one night. Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was really nice with high quality products. Do not expect a massive buffet with questionable quality, but something covering the essentials and with the highest detail on the quality of the products. My family enjoyed it. I can only recommend it.

    Very pleasant stay, very comfortable, modern and clean room and bathroom, very friendly staff, very rich breakfast, quiet place at the central piazza, I was surprised to find such a good hotel in a small town like Reggiolo.
