A truely well kept secret in the heart of Tuscany. Ethan’s Bar is across the road to this Airbnb. Great cocktails. Also a few steps out of the door are a variety of fabulous restaurants. There is also a good walk up to the two towers on the hill and easy access to the Via Francigena walk. Located on the ground floor of the Tower di Frederico - is a Michelin rest. We just can’t say enough about the town San Miniato and our hosts. Silvia was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our first time here magical. If you are looking for a stay in San Miniato and walk this route, I definitely recommend staying at Marrucola - otherwise you may not be happy with the location as it’s 30 minutes walk from a city centre! The hotel stuff are very welcoming and sweet, the farm itself is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
