This hotel is an absolute gem: comfortable and modern rooms, breathtaking views, helpful staff, spotlessly clean, and comfortable parking facilities. The breakfast is a mix of local delicacies. The hotel’s garden (with pool) is a wonder. Also not to be missed is the hotel’s restaurant. We usually don’t dine in the hotel we’re staying but ended up dining there almost everyday after we took dinner on our first day - the food is Mediterranean cuisine at its very very best.

We loved our stay at the property, the view is the best in Sicily and we had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was also the best we have had at a b&b. Lots of places to relax and so close to all the spots one would like to visit in Scopello. We did not have a car and were nervous before we arrived as some reviews state you need a car to get around. If you enjoy walking and have a good level of fitness, you will be fine on foot. It is a 15 minute walk down to the village, and 25 minutes back up hill. We walked to the Tonnara, also to other nearby beaches, the super market, and to the Zíngaro reserve. It was hot but totally doable!

Giuseppe was an amazing host. This property is located close to the beach, although it is recommended to have a car to explore the town. Giuseppe was very accommodating and offered to drive us around. He also offered his boat tour @ Wildblueboat . An amazing day on board a beautiful boat with lunch and wine included for a great price !! The property is surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. A place to find tranquility and peace, every residence is tucked away so you have complete privacy from your fellow neighbors. There are even adorable igloo homes surrounded by trees, flowers, and fruit trees. Each space is very clean and cozy. If you don't know the italian language, don't worry Giuseppe speaks and understands multiple languages. Highly recommended !! There's no other place you'd want to stay. Grazie Giuseppe, Pina, Cynthia e Danilo.

    Hotel Antica Casinca Del Golfo was the highlight of the trip. It was close to some restaurants with spectacular cliff and seaside views. There is also a pharmacy and market nearby. The ride to Palermo airport only took 45 minutes.

    We didn't visit the beach.

    We didn't visit the beach. We were resting up around our pool. We drove past it and it looked very pretty. However.... We were midweek in May (Good weather) and there were cars everywhere. Car parks charge and for a small bay/cove even this time of year too many people. I would guess peak season it would be ridiculously busy.

    Small village close to the sea. Stunning scenery. A couple of supermarkets along the main road, which themselves have good restaurants. The main square of Scopello is enclosed, so there are no cars. Plenty of good restaurants, and a very pleasant and sociable atmosphere. Car parking is €4, or there is some free parking at the far end of the village, but it's not very easy to get to. There really isn't anything to do in Scopello apart from eat. The Tonnara (old tuna factory) on the coast, just a little way from the village, looked interesting. However, there is a very high entry charge (it's privately owned), and it can be closed for days at a time with no warning. In the end, we didn't go - there are plenty of photographs to look at ...

    A nice place with several good beaches in the area, a Pane Cunzatu bakery, a bar with orange juce, and a few restaurants (we ate delicious pasta con vongole in the Nettuno). Unfortunately not accessible with public transport, so you need to book a shuttle from the airport. There is a bus connection between Alcamo and Palermo, but make sure to buy tickets in advance, and don't expect any taxis waiting for you in the Alcamo - better book one beforehand.

    Scopello is a small village so more suitable for a quiet stay. There are no shops to speak of just a handful of gifts shops and one supermarket with pharmacy. We ate in the Square, not sure of the name of the restaurant but it had a very communal feel which was really lovely, so relaxing. I would recomment hiring a car as it is quite a rural area and things a bit spread out, not by much but maybe a 5 to 10 minute drive to the supermarket etc

    Rocky Seaside with magnificent views. Steep descent to water. Not suitable for elderly people as paths to seaside dirt tracks Most seaside venues charge fee as privately owned . 10 -15 Euro. National park nearby with walks to beaches that are free with parking at a distance.

    The location is beautiful and has exceeded our expectations. The house has a large fenced garden, so our dog was released all the time. There are some lowered dogs in the area, but we have not had any bad experiences with them. The house is near the village of Scopello, Tonnara di Scopello, Zingaro nature reserve (a few minutes walk or 2 minutes by car) ... Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed to visit the reserve.

    A really nice place and the poolarea with a view over the mountains is fantastic. The house is comfortable and has all you need. The area is charming. Among others we took a boat trip from the harbor in Castellammare del Golfo, visited the old town Scopello and had dinner at a very nice restaurant. Spend a day in the beach Had a lot of ice cream. We enjoyed our stay both the villa and the area.

    Everything! Loved the location so close to the village and the nature reserve. Great place for hiking and for beaches. Loved the hotel swimming pool to cool down after a busy day walking. Most of all, we loved the customer care. Amazing staff that go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. We'll be returning next year for a longer holiday in this beautiful area of Sicily.

    This hotel is in a prime location in town with view of both the mountains & sea. Stones throw from the main square, Tonnara di Scopello and bus stops. The staff were absolutely divine, and the breakfast & dinners looking directly down to the ocean were a treat. Had the best pasta alla Norma of my life.
