The room and the building are very nice, all very clean and spacious. There are stairs, but you can use the lift. The breakfast was very good, they leave it next to your door at the time you choose, and you have it in the kitchen into the room. Moreover, they offer you a coffee when you arrive. The people who receive you are very kind and can speak English fluently, so it's not a problem if you don't speak Italian. The building is very close yo the center, you just walk 2 minutes and you're there. They give you a discount for three restaurants in the city. Very good place to stay!

    Beautiful area, out of the main touristic route, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the seaside, mountain view and excursions, beautiful countryside and lots of art and history....to not mention the food!!! It is a journey of different culinary experience, every small town or village have their own local specialities and so many vineyards to visit and enjoy.

    The location is perfect - right in the heart of Teramo. The building is old and typical last century Italian - very well maintained and renovated. The room was very clean and comfortable, high ceilings, a comfortable size for 2 people. There is a shared kitchen area where you can eat a light snack or cool your drinks in the fridge.The breakfast is very light (coffee and paistries). There are plenty of cafes, pastry shops or bakeries in 2 min walk. The host Frederico was very hospitable and responsive. Hightly recommended.

    Quirky old building, very well updated. Comfortable room with 2 lovely small terraces overlooking the roof terrace. Great spot in the centre of Teramo, with secure parking which was a bonus. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful.
