    I recommend eating at the accomodation. Breakfast was homemade cakes and cornetti and coffee or juice. Our host Patrizia was happy to please us. One of our meme we of the family is vegetarian and she added lots of exciting dishes for our daughter to the menu. The evening meal was incredible all 0km and I have never tasted meat like it We certainly will return

    Excellent value for money; great location; amazing personnel. Most importantly: the taxi service isn’t readily available in Tolentino, and we needed urgently transport to a location outside town and early morning to a bus station in town. The manager swiftly organised private transfer with the help of her family members, for a small fee. We couldn’t be happier with this extra service as it was indispensable for us. Thanks again for everything!

    The view is truly spectacular. The villa is close to Tolentino, 5 mins drive , for bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodation is perfect, built approx 5 years ago, but in a traditional style inside with high beamed ceilings. A beautiful swimming pool with a great patio around. A well equipped kitchen with 5 ring hob, oven, large fridge and even a washing machine.

    Beautifully renovated historical villa in the countryside. The architect and contractors have done a great job with respect of the building's character. The place seems to be run mostly for events, there is a large garden and facilities for receptions. It is not run as a hotel, but the accommodation is perfect: large, comfortable rooms. A huge bathroom.

    Great place for a family holiday, swimming pool, amazing views, good base for Tolentino, Ancona, Macerata, Porto Civitanova. Great and helpful Hosts. Place clean, well equipped, air conditioned. The place is on a hill. Cycling requires good fitness ;) We recommend it!
