From our very arrival at the hotel's motorized gate through to our goodbyes we were delighted with the hotel and staff at the Santavenere! Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel and the property is a joy to spend time relaxing, swimming and eating. The attention to detail and the quality of everything is amazing. It all feels authentic to Italy though and so many of the staff we spoke to are from the area. The breakfasts are to die for and unfortunately time did not allow for a dinner meal at the hotel. Swimming was a delight as were the waterfront lounge beds and staff. The front desk organized a private water tour by boat and it was spectacular. We are returning for a long stay and we look forward to it!

We loved everything! Parking was easy. We got the best welcome and a room upgrade! The walk to the beach was pleasant. On recommendation from reception, we went to the nicest pizzeria up the road. Had our best pizza in Italy and lovely few beers watching football in the bar across the road.

Wonderful property in an old building but with modern facilities, spectacular outdoor swimming pool with view at the Redeemer Statue. Perfect breakfast with local products. What an absolute pleasure it was to meet Lidia and Michele! They are such kind-hearted and fascinating hosts. Their newly renovated B&B, nestled in the charming town of Tortora (just 5 minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from the mountains), is a true gem of comfort and warmth. From the moment we arrived, it felt so inviting and cozy that we could easily imagine it as our own! 😉 Be sure to ask about their dinner menu—you won’t regret it. The food is absolutely delightful and adds an extra touch to the wonderful experience. We can’t wait to return!

Beautifully renovated property in typical Italian style. Set in a central location close to the main centre of the village Our host was most helpful and made our arrival very easy with video to follow directions, key lock access is always easy and preferable for travellers unable to determine arrival and departure times We were sorry we couldn’t stay longer

Nice and well-kept b&b. I have noticed some reviews wrote it was tricky to find, but Google Maps took us straight there. I had a Garmin GPS in the car, and that did not help much, but there are also sign to guide the way. There are several nice beaches up and down the coast and when we visited in October we had them pretty much to ourselves
