The hotel is just a few minutes by foot from the heart of Ascoli Piceno, in a small quiet street. The owner, Cinzia, went above and beyond to facilitate my arrival late in the day and offer helpful advice on visiting the city.

Every staff member, without exception, was very friendly and eager to be of help. The on-site restaurant was the best one at which we ate during our two night stay. Try the olive ascolane. Easy walking distance to everything.

The location was perfect! The staff was pleasant and helpful; we were pleased that we had a good place to park in an underground lot and the cost was subsidized by the hotel - a nice gesture. The room comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was ok. We would stay here again!

Breakfast was wonderful- we enjoyed the variety and freshness of what was offered (a welcome break from the typical/simple breakfast at a local bar offered by many B&Bs). Parking nearby worked out very well and we appreciated the friendly and reliable communication with the front desk.

The host is amazing! She has 2 beautiful cats (that the rooms are named after) and gave us great recommendations. She even packed a small bag for breakfast because we had such an early train. So sweet! The room was large and everything could be locked by the key she gave us. There were towels, hangers, and mini shampoo bottles.
