The castle is set in beautiful countryside with stunning views and a magical atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food at the Osteria was fantastic. Unbelievable place, a real 1000+ year old castle. Very uncrowded, one night we were the only ones there for dinner other than the host. Great food. The Locanda Sotto la Luna is a 10 minute walk from the small town of Viano. It feels very peaceful and tucked-away.
