Everything was great. The apartment was really spacious, very clean, lovely decorated, with a beautiful balcony looking at the mountains. We had no actual problem reaching it, we had our GPS, along with the street signs showing us the way. Nor we had a problem getting in, it was quite easy actually to find everything. We liked the breakfast, especially the hand made things and the members of the stuff we met were really polite and helpful. A great stay overall.

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay at the Olympic Spa Hotel. As a spa hotel, it truly had everything needed for relaxation. The location is perfect. The food was in abundance. Breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and a 3-course dinner. The food is so so good. All the meats were delicious, cured and cooked. Best cured meats I've ever had. The dinners were pretty special, different every night and with different themes. Afternoon tea is a bit of a treat, especially for the kids if they're allowed sweet things. There were fruits, sandwhiches, donuts, crepes, a chocolate fountain, pastries. The staff were awesome, kind, friendly, attentive and incredible with kids. We booked the Scoiattolo suite which was very comfortable for us, fun for the kids. Lovely views to the mountain and a big balcony to get some fresh air.

Perfect position, a few minutes walk from the city center. The room was clean and big, the person at the reception was even so nice to give us a bigger room since we came by motorbike and had all the stuff for that with us. They even let us park the motorbikes in the garage. The breakfast was very good. All in all, highly recommended.

Modern facilities and spaces, friendly and helpful staff. Even though not many rooms there is still a lift so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. Parking was great and a short walk to town. Loved the size of room and bathroom and media/speakers

    Brilliant base for summer hiking.

    Brilliant base for summer hiking. We did a three day hike, taking a taxi from Vigo to Fie/Vols, on the other side of the mountains (cost €130 for 4). Staying in a hotel in Vigo allows you to come and go between stays in mountain refuges. Next time we come, we will try to do a Via Ferrata from a refuge to get on top of one of the high peaks.

    Property was quite spacious, well equipped and clean. Only two bathrooms might be insufficient for 8-10 people but it was known from before as properly mentioned in the description. The location within the village of Vigo is very good - up to 5 minutes walk from centre, buss stop for the valley and Bolzano and a large supermarket. Host (we never met in person) was helpful, although a bit slow in answering. The mountain need no recommendation of course, but is is probably worth saying that Vigo appears to be quite a good location for trips in various directions - using bus or car for 15-25 minutes before the hiking. We did no biking but there are very good opportunities for this as well.

    Perfectly located in the midst of the Dolomiti Superski area. Local ski area is great. Several great ski area's at short distance. Sella Ronda, Pozza di Fassa, San Pellegrino, Ciampedie, Carezza, to name a few. Vigo has some great restaurants as well, catering for everyone's needs and wishes.

    We really enjoyed our stay at My SHH in Vigo di Fassa. Communication with the staff was very easy via WhatsApp and email, and the automatic check-in made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, featuring a huge shower, a small balcony, a fridge, and a full-size window with beautiful views. After two days of hiking, having access to the laundry service was extremely helpful. Parking was perfect, breakfast started from 7:30 am, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

    The hotel was good value for money especially at short notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious. I was allowed to park my motorcycle in a secure garage so that was very good.. The hotel was close to the shops and a small supermarket, so I was able to buy some provisions. Thanks Grant
