Great location with a good little grocery store across the road. Quiet area. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Lots of natural light. Close to bus stop to catch the bus into Trieste. Catch bus #4. We could park our car in the street not far away from the apartment. Felt very safe. Had a week there which was great.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Double Tree Trieste. We were warmly welcomed and the service throughout our stay was friendly and super efficient. The hotel itself blends rich heritage of the building with contemporary room design. Our suite was very spacious, fresh and super clean. Breakfast choice is broad and the quality of food is great. I wish we had more time to explore the area.

I wish we had more time to explore the area. We found a cute part of town with an amazing restaurant. We plan on going back to Trieste next year and would stay there again. The only issue we had with the unit was the area is a little run down, and the TV is very old and will not support streaming. Other than that it was perfect for our needs.

The village itself has not much to offer (in terms of sightseeing), but for me as a base for exploring the karst by bike it was perfect. There are also some restaurants, cafes and pubs - so it is not necessary to drive down to Triest every time. But if necessary, there is a good connection by bus.

Excellent value accommodation with a host that’s very helpful. Lovely and quiet. It is basic but very clean accommodation with no frills, although the shared bathroom is beautiful, the bath tub plug does not appear to work, so the bath cannot fill up which is a shame

We were only passing by, therefore stayed for 1 night. Beds were comfortable. Windows completely block street noises. Facilities are all in good condition. Free onsite parking is available behind the hotel building. Bus stop connecting to Trieste is within short walking distance.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we are absolutely satisfied with it. The room is comfortable, breakfast is good, and dinner at the restaurant is superb. There is a free charger for electric cars, which is a real bonus!
