The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They greeted us with tee and answered our questions about the local surroundings and recommended a great restaurant. The room was clean and there were different kinds of snacks, soft drinks, chocolates and more all as compliments. Recommended!!

Hotel was situated closed to Petra with very friendly staff and nice view to the city. Hotel has a wonderful terrace with bar Breakfast (included in price) served as a bufet was very good. Hotel also offered dinner served as a bufet and it was good as well. We enjoyed stay in this hotel very much.

The property was nice, clean and modern! The stuff was very friendly and kind, the location was good, 15 minutes walk to Petra 5 minutes with car!! We enjoyed our stay. I recommend it!

The location is great for those visiting Petra - it's less than a few minutes to the entrance (only the Movenpick beats it). Hotel is very new with clean and fresh bedrooms. Overall, everyone was very helpful - Ahmed was great. Plus the 7 JOD packed lunch comes in very handy for Petra where everything is overpriced and underwhelming.
